Who is your Coach?
I have practiced academic emergency critical care for the past 20 years. I have been a physician executive coach for the past 4 years and am certified in executive coaching.
It is so fulfilling to help my clients go from overwhelm and burnout to finding a life of contentment and calm. I also work with incredibly, high-performing clients to perform even better.

How Coaching Works
- We’ll jump on a chemistry call and see if we mesh. We’ll lay out some preliminary problems to work on together.
- If you go forward, we will meet weekly or bimonthly and each session tackle a delineated issue.
- In addition to our virtual discussions (audio or video at the client’s preference), we will be in contact by email and will be exchanging ideas between sessions.
