“My coaching journey with Scott had a deep impact in my personal and professional life. The past year was big for me, i took a sabbatical from the emergency department to invest myself fully in my role of CEO of MD Applications and try my best to create an awesome app for resuscitation. I was completely overwhelmed with all the challenges that comes with this new role. I had to learn new skills, face the gigantic pressure of managing employees and cashflow. I was feeling a bit lost to be honest, i wasn’t even sure if this project was feasible at all. I’ve interacted for years with Scott via EMCRIT and had the chance to have him as a mentor in his fantastic Resuscitation Leadership Academy. It was a no brainer to reach out when i heard he was getting into private coaching. My expectations were extremely high, but he blew my mind.
